Where are all the old forum posts?
Stored in the old database. There's a lot of cool stuff in there. It'll be reloaded and archived on here once some other stuff gets figured out. Don't worry, it's not lost.
Why was my username deleted?
Everyone has to re-register their usernames because there were too many spambots to sort through. Some spambots would stay dormant for months then start posting like crazy, which is why we had trouble stopping them. We're starting fresh with no spam and a working spam filter. If you picked the same username as you had before, it will be associated with your old forum posts once those get reloaded.
How does one go about writing articles for this site?
Just email info@lastgascomedy.com and explain what kind of thing you'd be interested in contributing.
How come my show isn't on the show calendar?
We probably just didn't hear about it. If you have a show or open-mic we don't have listed, email ramin@lastgascomedy.com with details.
How come I'm not on the Austin Comics Twitter Feed?
You're either not following @LastGasComedy OR you haven't tweeted in a long time OR we really, really, really don't like you. Probably one of the first two though.

Apparently I cannot create new threads. No matter, as I apparently can edit other people's posts, changing them to say whatever I'd like. However, since this seems to be a rather cumbersome way of communicating and one that is bound to cause confusion, perhaps one of you can take a gander at my permissions and adjust them accordingly.
